As soon as you place a Classier.us order, we send a confirmation to the email address on file for your account. This email includes your order number, estimated delivery date, shipping information, and an order summary. If you paid for your order using a credit card, you'll get the email as soon as the transaction is approved by your financial institution. If the payment fails, we'll still send an email letting you know how to resubmit your payment.
If you lose your confirmation email, you can still view your order status and delivery date when you log in to your account.
