If you received a suspicious email from Classier but you did not place an order, it may be a phishing scam, or your account may have been compromised. Phishing and malware scams pose as a brand you trust to try to trick you into sharing personal information like your account password or financial details. Don't worry, we have no indication that the Classier systems have ever been compromised, but there are steps you should take to protect your personal information if you suspect unauthorized access or a phishing attempt. If you receive a suspicious email that appears to be from Classier:
- Don't click any links in the email.
- Check your card statements for any unauthorized charges.
- Delete your saved payment methods.
- Reset your password.
If you see unauthorized charges on your statement, contact your bank or credit card company immediately to dispute the charges. Your financial institution is always the best place to turn in order to recover those funds. You can also get more info about unrecognized charges or orders.
